Yoga
It's fabulous, I know it's last year... well maybe even longer... but I'd love to learn the basics of yoga.
That is why I want you to learn too. All about Yoga: YogaJournal.
This is a site not only about the Yoga poses, but also the lifestyle.
For example this is what it says:
"Winter Wonder Yin - Winter, an inherently yin season, is not the time to indulge in yang activities like shopping, partying, and staying up late. "
Here are a few poses:
You can also select your most favorite poses, and put it together to make a folder or a poster. The poses are selected by: All levels, Intermediate, and Advanced.
The Advanced ones are reall y tough, my god... I wonder if I'm ever able to do those.
I guess by that time I'm already too old to be agile....
and by the way: this is a much cheaper way of learning Yoga, than following classes! :)

Don't get me wrong about the last message.
I do believe, I believe in the people.
I do like solidarity, and I do like helping each other.
I just don't like singing in church... unless in any other place...

Xmas
some people think xmas is the time to go to a church.
Just like my family (my dad and sister). They aren't catholic
but still they want to go to the church tonight,
the night before xmas. And the worst part is: they force me to go with them.
I feel very hypocritical for going to a church, just because of the solidarity..
I don't feel solidary when I go to a church, just because there are other people.
It's just really stupid! We're only going to have to listen to (probably) a man,
who tells the story about the birth of Jezus, which I heard a thousand times before
and then we're going to sing a few songs. Well, even worse: some children are going
to sing a few songs.... Even though it starts at 10.30.
The only thing I like about xmas is that some people finally get the opportunity to
think about the unfortunate. Because a lot of people don't, until it's christmas!
And of course I also like getting together with friends and family, and eating a lot :)
and not having to go to school or work.
So.... I wonder if anybody who reads this think the same, or think a whole different.
And just one thing: don't start arguing with me about believing in a god .. you can't
discuss about something like that, I just don't think a life has to evolve around something
so untouchable and unreachable. But I respect people who have chosen for that life.

Christmas
Of course, there has to be a dedication to Xmas
I'm not christian, nor a muslim or something else.
I just love getting together with the family...
but there's one thing I don't like.. Snow
and cold and the winter itself
ughhh... I want summer!
Last summer I went to Mimizan, in France.
It was a lovely summer, with a lot of surfing,
except for me because those waves were freaking me out!
but the atmosphere and the people were just great!
